PAVIMENTAZIONE COLATA IN OPERA - EPDM Rubber flooring / PAVCOLATA / Made of UV stable EPDM rubber granules
- MQ 1 RUBBER FLOORING - Elastic anti-trauma draining paving for play area, composed of: SUPPORTING LAYER (for HIC greater than 100 cm) cold casting of natural black rubber granules (recycled rubber) with controlled granulometry (6-9.5), bonded with polyurethane-based prepolymer, after application of polyurethane primer, all mixed with suitable machinery. FINISHING LAYER Application of polyurethane primer and subsequent formation of the wear layer created by casting agglomerate of coloured EPDM granules in paste form (monochromatic colour to be chosen from standard ones) with the addition of black rubber with a grain size of 1-4, bonded with polyurethane-based prepolymer spread with metal shims, special straighteners and smoothed. Surface thickness ‘colour’ 1. cm. Colours: melange 70 % EPDM / 30% SBR or according to customer request The rubber layer is applied on a 6/8 cm concrete slab with electro-welded mesh
