Pozza 1865.
Made in Italy
Our story begins in 1865 when Ermenegildo Pozza, taking advantage of the “water jump” of the stream coming down from the Little Dolomites to create motive power for machinery, founded the Pozza Sawmill and Joinery in Recoaro Terme.
Since then, the company has been run by first his son Giuseppe and then his grandson Dario, who first in the mid-1950s designed and built playground equipment.
In the 1960s, under the direction of Piergiulio Pozza, the production of toys, especially in metal, was further diversified and increased (the creation of the first horse on a spring is from those years).
From the mountain, to the park
We are a company based in a picturesque mountain resort, located between Trentino and Veneto, at the foot of the fascinating Little Dolomites.
This region is renowned for its mineral water springs and pristine landscape.
Our philosophy is based on tradition, innovation, imagination and education, values that have always represented our company.
Since as far back as 1950, we have been pioneers in Europe in the creation and mass production of park games.
Initially, we focused on kindergartens and oratories, but in 1952, we installed the first public park in Italy at Campo Marzo in Vicenza.
Manufacturers, inventors
We have invented many innovative equipment over the years, including the animal silhouette on spring game, which we patented in 1966.
In 2012, we were honored for the realization and patenting of a park that lights up autonomously and environmentally sustainable through solar energy.
Technology, research, customization
Each collection of Pozza toys, from the essential or more traditional to the scenic or inclusive, through the more innovative such as the self-luminous park, incorporates within itself design skill and quality excellence, celebrating play as a time of recreation, stimulation and enrichment for the youngest children in all safety.
