TECHNIQUES AND TIPS FOR INSTALLATION OF THE HONEYCOMB FLOORING

- the ground should be compact, vegetated, and level, free of subsurface utilities, rocks, potholes, or large depressions
- delineate the site safety area and the fall area to be covered with flooring
- arrange and prepare the mesh on the ground and then anchor to it with the appropriate stakes
- be careful when laying if you are in too low or too high atmospheric temperatures
- in correspondence of the play structures cut the flooring as shown in the figure (below) and then secure the two edges with a plastic band: the perimeter of the paved area is anchored to the terrain by making a 45-degree cut in the turf, into which the rubber tile will be inserted and secured, on which the sod of soil will then be repositioned (see fig.)
- when the installation is complete, water the ground daily; the turf will grow quickly and make the flooring almost invisible, making the playing surface uniform and safe.
