Maintenance and spare parts

General maintenance

Regular and careful maintenance is essential to ensure the longevity of play equipment and, above all, the safety of users. All our products are designed in compliance with current safety regulations, taking into account the age of children and the potential risks of use. However, with time and continuous use, some components may wear out or become damaged: it is essential to replace them promptly to prevent dangerous situations.

The owner or operator of the play area is responsible for maintaining the equipment and the surrounding area.
The validity of the warranty is conditional on compliance with the inspection and maintenance procedures described in the technical manual provided. Failure to do so may result in risks to users and exclusion from any warranty coverage.

General maintenance instructions

  • Equipment cleaning: regularly remove dirt, leaves, sand, rubbish and debris. If necessary, wash surfaces with water and a neutral detergent. Remove any signs of rust.
  • Check for damaged or missing parts: check for broken, missing or loose parts. Replace or tighten non-conforming parts immediately.
  • Removal of foreign bodies: ensure that there are no objects tied, threaded or attached to the structures, such as ropes, fabrics or other materials that may pose a risk.
  • Checking connections: check that bolts, screws and rivets are firm and in good condition. Tighten or replace defective connections. Damaged bolt covers must be removed and replaced. Pay particular attention to the presence of dangerous cracks near slides, railings and other access points.
  • Specific maintenance instructions are available for each type of structure (wood, metal or composite material), including instructions for repainting or protective treatment.

Spare parts service

The replacement of components subject to wear and tear must be carried out without delay, following the instructions in the installation and maintenance manual.
If a repair cannot be carried out immediately, access to the damaged element must be prevented or, if necessary, the entire structure must be isolated.

Original spare parts are available for at least 10 years from the equipment’s production date. For discontinued items, availability is subject to verification and delivery times may be longer. To order a spare part, please contact your authorized dealer or customer service with the product identification code.
